Participants must be 16 years or older to take part in the fitness classes.

Are kids allowed?

Yes! Kids are welcome to attend the event but must be supervised at all times.

Where do I park?

Parking is available around the venue. We recommend arriving early to avoid any parking issues.

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat if you plan on participating in any fitness classes.

If you plan to participate in the cold plunge, please bring a bathing suit and a towel to change.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout attire and sneakers are recommended. Feel free to bring a change of clothes.

Will there be food?

Yes! Food will be available, and Mulcahy’s full menu will be open throughout the event.

Is alcohol available?

Yes — there will be a full bar available.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in fitness activities and the cold plunge.

Can I come and go during the event?

Yes! Guests are welcome to come and go throughout the event.

This event is indoors.

Will there be vendors?
